Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

However, if we have made a mistake with your order (such as a spelling error or incorrect product), we are happy to offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • You must include a clear photo of the item and the error in your email

If approved, a corrected replacement will be sent within 7–10 business days.

Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for customer-submitted errors (e.g., typos or incorrect information).
