1. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if we made a mistake on your order, we’ll gladly offer an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
2. How long will my order take to ship?
Processing time for custom items is typically 7–10 business days, plus shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress and changes may not be possible.
4. Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
5. Will I get a proof before you make my order?
We don’t send design proofs for all items unless something in your personalization details is unclear. If you’d like a preview, feel free to request one at checkout or by email.
6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice a mistake. We can update your address before your order ships. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes or issue refunds for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
7. Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! We ship across Canada and the U.S.. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
